The rooms were spacious and the price was reasonable. the hotel offered free wifi and a good location.

My experience at the hotel was subpar. The staff struggled with English and were not well trained.

Everything was fantastic.

The luxurious amenities provided here were exceptional. The staff service was impeccable, especially in the Spa & wellness centre. The outdoor swimming pool was absolutely stunning, and the sun terrace offered a nice touch of relaxation surrounded by a peaceful garden area. The private facilities in the room were exclusive and added to a luxurious stay.

The only minor issue was the language barrier with the staff at times but it did not detract from my overall experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. We had no trouble communicating since the staff spoke English. The location was perfect for us, as we could easily walk to many restaurants and amenities in the downtown area of Shijie town. Additionally, transportation was convenient, and we had no trouble parking our car.

My room was spacious and clean, and the buffet breakfast had plenty of options. The traffic around the hotel was not too crowded which made it easy to come and go. the location was convenient with multiple restaurants nearby.

Some of the hotel staff struggled with English and communication was often difficult. The noise level was also an issue as it was easy to hear street noise in the rooms, making it difficult to sleep.
